Return Instructions:
Your cue or shaft must be returned to your Predator Dealer within 30
calendar days of the date your cue or shaft was purchased (which is printed on
your original invoice).
Exclusions:
If the cue is damaged or if the shaft has been altered in some way (i.e.
sanded, re-ferruled, re-tapered etc.) then you can't return it. However,
if the only signs of use are chalk on the tip and some normal chalk residue on
the ferrule and shaft then this guarantee will be honored. You cannot
return a Predator Cue or Predator 314 shaft to a dealer other than the dealer
that you purchased it from.
Refund Amount:
The refund will be the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the approval of your claim.
